Door Spraying System

The Trivec Door Spray System is a modular and efficient solution for the horizontal spraying and drying of batches of doors. The system eliminates the need for a hanging rail setup and enables fast, consistent coating of all door surfaces.

Key Advantages of the Door Spraying System

Doors remain stable and fully secured inside the drying rack without rotating or tilting, thanks to a square anti-rotation cut-out that perfectly matches the mounted spray brackets on the door.

This allows a single user to transfer doors quickly and safely from spray stand to drying rack.

Description

When combined with the optional drying racks, doors can be transferred immediately after spraying, supporting a continuous and efficient workflow.

The system is suitable for doors with a height range of 2000 mm to 2400 mm.

System Components

A – Base Frame

The structural base frame supporting both spray and drying configurations.

B – Spray Stand Module

Spray stand including 1 set of mounting brackets. Enables horizontal spraying of doors on both sides.

C – Drying Rack Module

Optional drying rack for up to 5 doors per unit. Designed for fast transfer from spray to drying process.

D – Bracket Set

Additional mounting brackets (2 pcs per set) for door handling during spraying and drying.
